Hi Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I understand that you seeing an exclamation mark in device manager on some of the wan miniport devices. I am happy to help. Have you tried to remove the device in device manager and then scan for hardware changes?
If that did not work then you can try the same thing after booting in safe mode. If that did not work, then I would download the latest wlan driver for your wireless adapter, from the drivers page for your model: Uninstall your current driver, reboot the notebook and then install the driver you downloaded, and see if that resolves it.
Available resolutions to uninstall Deterministic Network Enhancer Miniport, and remove all of associated files and data completely.
To scan for hardware changes in device manager, select Action from the top menus. In the dropdown there should be the option to Scan for Hardware Changes - just click it and it should refresh the list after a short time, and refresh the found devices from the drivers already present on the system.
If it can't you will get Unknown Devices or other devices listed with yellow exclamation marks. You do all of that after firstright clicking on each of the items with the exclamation marks currently showing in device manager, and deleting them. After then scanning for the hardware changes see if the devices are still unknown or have exclamation marks. From the screen shot you included it appears that your Wireless network adapter is the Ralink RT3290. It may be that an uninstall is not required.
You may want to try to download and install: and if that does not help try this one: Let me know if that helps.
